Podcast Production & Marketing

Podcast Strategy, Planning, Production, Distribution, and more

Why Podcast?

Launching a podcast is one of the most powerful ways to deepen relationships with your audience, establish authority in your niche, and build long-term brand equity. Unlike social posts that disappear in a day, a podcast episode keeps generating reach, trust, and search visibility for years.

For small and mid-sized businesses, a well-executed podcast does three things at once: it positions founders and teams as category experts, creates a library of content that can be repurposed across YouTube, social, and search, and opens doors to relationships with high-value guests who become customers, partners, and referrers. Done right, it compounds.

Most businesses struggle not because podcasting is complicated, but because they try to do it all themselves—strategy, recording, editing, publishing, repurposing. That’s a part-time job on top of a full-time role, which is why most shows fade after episode 8. Our full-service approach handles every stage so you can focus on showing up and having great conversations.

Who This Is (And Isn't) For

This is for you if: you’re a founder, executive, or subject-matter team at an SMB or growing business; you’re willing to record 30–60 minutes a week; and you want a podcast that actually drives audience, authority, and business outcomes—not a hobby show.

This probably isn’t for you if: you want someone to write and voice episodes for you (we don’t ghost-host), you’re looking for a one-off production of a single episode, or you aren’t willing to commit to at least a 12-episode season so the show has time to compound.

What Results Look Like

Podcasts compound. A realistic trajectory for most of our clients:

  • Months 1–3: Strategy, first 6–8 episodes in the feed, show art and distribution set up, baseline audience established.
  • Months 4–6: Repurposed content hits stride, search and YouTube discovery starts contributing new listeners, first inbound conversations with guests and listeners who become business opportunities.
  • Months 7–12: Organic discovery compounds, back catalogue drives ongoing audience growth, the show becomes a consistent top-of-funnel and relationship-building channel with measurable pipeline impact.

If someone promises hockey-stick listener growth in 30 days, they don’t understand how podcast audiences actually build.

Engagement & Pricing

Every engagement is scoped to your cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), your format (solo, interview, or hybrid), and the depth of repurposing you want. We work on multi-month retainers so the strategy and repurposing side can compound.

We share a transparent scope-of-work before anything is signed. If we don’t think a podcast is the right channel for your business right now, we’ll tell you—no pressure pitch.

How We're Different

Most “podcast production” shops stop at editing and uploading. We treat your show as a distribution-and-growth channel, which means we plan strategy, optimize for search and YouTube discoverability, and repurpose every episode into blog content. You get one partner who owns the whole flywheel, not three vendors coordinating poorly.

We also keep our roster deliberately small. If you want volume-shop pricing with assembly-line output, we’re not the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need recording equipment to start?

A decent USB or XLR microphone and a quiet room is enough to begin. We’ll recommend specific equipment based on your budget and whether you want to record video as well. We handle everything downstream—audio cleanup can compensate for a lot, but we’d rather get you on the right kit from day one.

How much time do I have to commit each week?

For a weekly show, plan on about 2–3 hours: roughly 60 minutes of recording, 30–45 minutes of guest prep if you’re doing interviews, and a quick review pass before each episode ships. We handle the other 10+ hours of production, distribution, and repurposing work behind the scenes.

Audio-only or video podcast—which should I do?

Most shows should record video even if audio is the primary format. YouTube is the fastest-growing discovery channel for podcasts, and Shorts and Reels are where most new listeners first meet you. We’ll recommend the right setup for your goals—there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Can you help us book guests?

Yes. We identify the right guests for your audience and business goals. A strong guest strategy is one of the biggest differences between a podcast that stalls and one that grows.

How long until my podcast drives real business results?

Expect 12 months for compounding discovery and repurposing to produce meaningful, measurable pipeline impact. Some clients see earlier wins from specific guest episodes—an interview with the right person can become a business relationship within weeks. But the durable, compounding value comes from building a back catalogue, not a single episode.
